most likely he said no one caus he doesn't want it spread that he likes u and it would be a little embarrassing for him. it seams that u like him because he was frendly and gave u complements and he likes u caus ur pretty. show him u like him and he might make a move but try to make it as private as possible caus he seams like a nervous sensitive guy and he doesnt want others to see him turned down (if u do)
